We are seeking a committed and results-oriented Team Collections Manager to lead recovery efforts within the Relationship Banking Group. The role involves managing collections across assigned areas, ensuring portfolio quality, and adhering to internal processes and audit requirements. The ideal candidate should be a graduate with strong persuasion skills, a passion for collections, and the ability to take ownership of responsibilities. Ensure the maintenance of a quality portfolio by minimizing delinquencies and improving collection efficiency. Focus on enhancing collections performance in the assigned area, both individually and through effective team management. Ensure strict adherence to MOPP norms and internal compliance standards. Follow all banking processes and procedures as defined by the organization. Comply with audit requirements, maintaining proper documentation and records. Promote strong coordination among team members and with the branch to ensure smooth operations. Implement and maintain an effective tracking mechanism for delinquent customers to support timely follow-ups and resolution.
