Team Lead Telesales

Job description

Key Responsibilities

Lead, manage, and motivate a team to achieve daily, monthly, and quarterly sales targets

Drive agent productivity, conversions, AHT, and overall performance metrics

Own revenue delivery across assigned cohorts, campaigns, and customer segments

Ensure effective usage of CRM tools, dialers, and channel workflows (calls, WhatsApp, email, etc.) Monitor call quality, compliance, and customer experience standards

Conduct regular coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback sessions Identify performance gaps and implement action plans and corrective measures

Track team performance and share daily/weekly/monthly reports with stakeholders

Support implementation of new processes, tools, campaigns, and system enhancements

Maintain discipline, attendance adherence, roster management, and team engagement

Handle escalations, customer concerns, and operational challenges proactively Collaborate with training, QA, product, and marketing teams for smooth execution Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and data security guidelines
