Job Description – Team Lead (Telecalling Sales – Customer Executive Team)

About the RoleWe are looking for a proactive and experienced Telecalling Team Lead to manage and guide our customer executive sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a calm and patient demeanor, and proven experience in leading telecalling or inside sales teams. This role requires strong leadership, people management, and customer handling abilities.

• Key Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of telecalling sales executives.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day team operations and achievement of sales targets.
• Monitor call quality, provide feedback, and implement training for team improvement.
• Handle escalated customer queries with patience and professionalism.
• Track performance metrics and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports.
• Motivate the team to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction and conversions.
• Coordinate with management to align sales strategies with business goals.

• Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory).
• 4–5 years of experience in telecalling/inside sales with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & written).
• Strong interpersonal skills, patience, and conflict-resolution ability.
• Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a calm and supportive environment.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
