Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Team Leader for our Real Estate sales team. The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of sales executives, ensuring target achievement, guiding team members in client handling, and driving overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Monitor daily calling, site visits, and client follow-ups by the team.
• Train and guide team members on sales strategies and client handling.
• Ensure proper lead management and conversion through CRM.
• Support the team in closing deals and resolving client queries.
• Track team performance and provide regular feedback for improvement.
• Coordinate with management regarding sales performance and target planning.
• Maintain discipline, productivity, and proper reporting within the team.
