Job Title:Team Leader – Telecalling / Collections

Job Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee and manage a telecalling/collections team. The role requires strong leadership abilities, target-driven execution, and effective coordination to ensure consistent performance, quality assurance, and compliance with organizational policies.

• Key Responsibilities:Supervise and manage daily operations of the telecalling/collection team
• Drive team performance to achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly targets
• Monitor call quality, productivity, and adherence to compliance guidelines
• Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and feedback sessions
• Train, coach, and mentor team members to improve efficiency and results
• Prepare, analyze, and submit daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
• Coordinate with management for performance updates and escalation handling
• Ensure proper documentation and process adherence
