Team Leader – FASTag & Financial Services (Sales + Operations)

ROLE OVERVIEW

Banjara Group is hiring an experienced Team Leader with proven team handling experience (any domain). Candidates from banking, FASTag, or financial services will be given preference. The role involves managing both sales and operations, driving team performance, and achieving business targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead and manage team to achieve sales and operational targets

- Drive FASTag sales, activations, and revenue generation

- Ensure smooth operations (KYC, tagging, recharge, issue resolution)

- Monitor daily performance, productivity, and conversion rates

- Conduct team meetings, coaching, and performance reviews

- Identify and improve low-performing team members

- Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution

- Maintain MIS reports and performance dashboards

- Ensure compliance with process and quality standards

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Mandatory Team Leader (TL) experience (any domain)

- Strong team handling and leadership skills

- Target-driven mindset with KPI handling experience

- Ability to manage both sales and operations

- Good communication and problem-solving skills

- Basic knowledge of Excel / reporting tools

PREFERRED (PRIORITY CANDIDATES)

- Experience in Banking / FASTag / Fintech / Financial Products

- Knowledge of KYC, digital payments, and operations

- Experience in combined Sales + Operations role

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

- Only candidates with Team Leader experience will be considered

- Banking / financial domain candidates preferred

- Qualification is not mandatory; experience is priority
