Job Description:

As the Post Team Leader for Credit Card Sales at ChairBord Pvt. Ltd., you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing the post-sales process within our credit card division. You will be responsible for leading a team of professionals to ensure the seamless execution of all post-sales activities, with a primary focus on enhancing customer satisfaction and retention. Your comprehensive understanding of the credit card industry and its associated requirements will be instrumental in driving the success of our sales operations.


Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of post-sales professionals to achieve individual and team targets.

2. Process Optimization: Streamline post-sales processes to improve efficiency, minimize errors, and enhance overall customer experience.

3. Quality Assurance: Implement quality assurance measures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company policies.

4. Customer Engagement: Develop strategies to engage with customers post-sale, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and proactively identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

5. Performance Monitoring: Monitor team performance metrics, analyze trends, and implement corrective actions as necessary to meet or exceed sales targets.

6. Training and Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance the skills and knowledge of team members in credit card sales processes.

7. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to drive initiatives aimed at improving customer satisfaction and driving revenue growth.

8. Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on post-sales performance, highlighting key insights and recommendations for improvement.


Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field.

- Proven experience in a leadership role within the credit card sales industry, with a deep understanding of post-sales processes and requirements.

- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.

- Excellent analytical abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a track record of driving process improvements.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal stakeholders.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.

- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Minimum 3 Years Of Experience In Field.
