Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesProvide L1/L2 technical support to customers via phone, email, WhatsApp, and ticketing tools
- Understand customer issues related to ERP / Accounting / HRMS / Payroll / CRM / API integrations and provide timely solutions
- Log, track, and resolve support tickets within defined SLA timelines
- Perform basic SQL queries for data validation, issue analysis, and reporting (where required)
- Coordinate with development and implementation teams for complex technical issues
- Assist customers during implementation, configuration, and user onboarding
- Prepare and maintain support documentation, FAQs, and user guides
- Follow up with customers to ensure complete resolution and satisfaction
