Solar Installation Technical Executive

Job Summary

The Solar Installation Technical Executive is responsible for planning, installing, testing, and maintaining solar power systems (rooftop or ground-mounted). The role involves technical supervision, site coordination, and ensuring installations meet safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact the site server advisor to assess the possibility of Installing solar.
• Supervise and execute solar panel installation (rooftop / ground-mounted)
• Install solar modules, inverters, batteries, cables, and mounting structures
• Ensure correct electrical connections as per design and standards
• Perform system testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting
• Coordinate with engineers, vendors, and installation teams
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and electrical standards
• Prepare installation reports and technical documentation
• Provide basic training and handover to customers after installation
• Support maintenance and service activities when required
• Customer feedback google reviews with installation photographs

Required Skills & Knowledge

• Knowledge of solar PV systems installation Knowledge (on-grid, off-grid, hybrid)
• Understanding of electrical wiring, inverters, and batteries
• Ability to read single-line diagrams (SLD) and layouts
• Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Awareness of safety practices and tools
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• Diploma / ITI / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, or Renewable Energy( IF YOU HAVE EXPRIANCE COMPLETE WE ARE ALLOWED 10 AND 12TH ALSO)
• Certification in solar installation (preferred but not mandatory)

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in complete solar installation
• Experience with solar under training may also apply

Work Location

• Field-based (site locations) and based location Jaipur
