Responsibilities:

·        Participate in sales training programs to enhance core sales skills and product knowledge.

·        Adhere to the company's sales processes and procedures.

·        Assist in identifying and qualifying potential leads.

·        Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.

·        Support senior sales executives in showcasing products and services.

·        Maintain accurate sales records and reports.

·        Assist in creating sales presentations and proposals.

·        Follow up with leads and customers to ensure prompt responses and issue resolution.

·        Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.

·        Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

·        Education: Bachelor Degree: - Mechanical/Electrical (B.Tech/B.E) or B.Sc (Physics/Mathematics)

Other Details:

·        Experience Range: (0-4yrs)

·        Salary: 21k to 40 k based on experience/ As per company Standards.

·        This job requires 50to 60 % travelling and 40 to 50% Office work.
