Job Role – Sales Engineer

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Engineers to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to build a strong career in industrial sales, business development, and client management.

Sales Engineer / Sales Executive – Industrial Products

·        Location: Jaipur

·        Experience: 1–8 Years

·        Salary: 21,000 – 40,000 per month

·        Qualification: B.Tech / B.E (Mechanical / Electrical) or B.Sc (Physics / Mathematics)

Key Responsibilities:

·        Generate and develop new sales leads and business opportunities

·        Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions

·        Support senior sales team in client meetings and product presentations

·        Maintain sales reports, client records, and documentation

·        Monitor market trends and competitor activities

·        Follow up with leads and clients to convert opportunities into sales

·        Help prepare sales proposals and quotations

·        Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling

·        Build and maintain long-term customer relationships

·        Work with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and customer-focused mindset
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
• Willingness to travel for client visits

Location: Jaipur

Work Structure:   50–60% Field Work and 40–50% Office Work

Salary Range: ₹21,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
