📌 Job ProfilePosition: Technical Support Executive – Web Hosting (Windows / Linux / cPanel)
Company: Advika Data Center Services Pvt Ltd
Location: Office-Based (Jaipur / Noida – as applicable)
Experience: 0.5 – 2 Years (Freshers with strong fundamentals may apply)
- 🎯 Job Responsibilities:Basic administration of Windows Server (2016/2019/2022)
- Basic handling of AlmaLinux / Linux servers
- Basic management of cPanel / WHM
- Basic understanding of Plesk panel (preferred)
- Resolving FTP, Email, DNS, and SSL-related issues
- Handling hosting-related customer calls
- Responding professionally via support ticket system
- Understanding customer issues and performing proper troubleshooting
- Basic firewall and network understanding
- Server reboot, service restart, and log checking
- Basic backup and restore knowledge
🛠 Required Technical Skills:
- Basic Windows Server configuration
- Basic knowledge of IIS
- Linux SSH basic commands
- cPanel account creation / suspension / restore
- Understanding of DNS records (A, MX, CNAME, TXT)
- Email configuration troubleshooting
- Basic understanding of VPS and Dedicated Servers
- Good communication skills (Hindi + Basic English)
✅ Personal Skills:Ability to handle customers politely
- Good listening and problem-understanding ability
- Ability to work calmly under pressure
- Team coordination skills
- Strong learning attitude
