About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our support team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth customer experience across all touchpoints.


Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer queries via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
  • Understand customer complaints and provide timely, accurate resolutions.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (technical, operations, accounts, etc.) for faster problem-solving.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
  • Guide customers on product/service usage, features, and common troubleshooting.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction, follow up on unresolved cases, and close them efficiently.
