Job Role – Sales Engineer

We are looking for dynamic and motivated Sales Engineers to join our growing team.

This role is ideal for fresh graduates and early-career professionals who want to build a strong career in industrial sales, business development, and client management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and develop new sales leads and business opportunities
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
• Support senior sales team in client meetings and product presentations
• Maintain sales reports, client records, and documentation
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities
• Follow up with leads and clients to convert opportunities into sales
• Help prepare sales proposals and quotations
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
• Work with the team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Good negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and customer-focused mindset
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
• Willingness to travel for client visits

Work Structure:   50–60% Field Work and  40–50% Office Work

Salary Range: ₹21,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)
