Summary: As a Technology Consulting Practitioner, you will engage in high-impact activities throughout the systems development lifecycle. Your typical day will involve advising and leading teams, collaborating with various stakeholders, and providing strategic insights to enhance the IT function. You will be instrumental in driving projects forward, ensuring that best practices are followed, and that the team is aligned with organizational goals. Your role will require a blend of technical expertise and interpersonal skills to navigate complex challenges and deliver effective solutions. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentorship within the team to foster professional growth. - Analyze project requirements and develop strategies to meet client needs effectively. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce CPQ. - Strong understanding of sales processes and configuration management. - Experience with integration of Salesforce CPQ with other Salesforce products. - Ability to customize and optimize Salesforce CPQ solutions to meet business requirements. - Familiarity with pricing strategies and quote generation processes. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce CPQ. - This position is based at our Jaipur office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
