Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive who has experience in the Tour & Travel industry. The candidate will be responsible for calling potential customers, explaining tour packages, converting leads into bookings, and maintaining good customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain available tour and travel packages.
• Generate sales leads and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Provide complete information about holiday packages, hotel bookings, transportation, and travel services.
• Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel packages.
• Follow up with interested customers to close sales.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, and bookings in the system.
• Coordinate with the operations team for smooth booking and customer service.
• Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience in Tele Sales or Tour & Travel industry.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Basic knowledge of domestic and international tour packages.
• Ability to handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM, etc.).

Qualification:

• Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate.
