Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesCall and follow up on leads generated through enquiries, walk-ins, and digital platforms
- Explain EMS Academy’s courses for:
- Class 7–10 Foundation
- Class 11–12 (Commerce / Science)
- Competitive exam-oriented programs
- Provide basic academic counselling to students and parents
- Maintain lead data, follow-up status, and conversion reports
- Schedule counselling sessions and demo classes
- Coordinate with the academic and operations team for smooth onboarding
- Meet monthly enrolment and conversion targets
