Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers for Car Loan / Vehicle Finance services.

• Explain loan products, interest rates, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.

• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and follow-ups.

• Maintain a database of prospective clients and update CRM regularly.

• Coordinate with sales managers and banks for loan processing.

• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly target goals.

• Handle customer queries professionally and provide accurate information.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Requirements

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred.

• Good communication skills in Hindi and basic English (fluency preferred).

• Basic knowledge of banking/finance products (Car Loan experience preferred).

• Confident, persuasive, and target-oriented personality.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM handling).

• Freshers can apply (Experience in telecalling or loan process is an advantage).
