🧾 Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will make outbound and inbound calls, share information about products or services, generate leads, and assist customers with queries — maintaining professionalism and achieving targets. Apna

• 📌 Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential/ existing customers to share product or service information. Apna
• Answer incoming calls and resolve customer queries professionally. Apna
• Generate leads and follow up with prospective clients. Apna
• Maintain customer data records and update call logs. Apna
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets. Apna
• Schedule appointments or forward leads to sales staff. Apna
• Provide excellent customer service and escalate issues when needed. Apna
• 🧠 Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 12th pass (higher education preferred). Apna
• Good communication skills in Hindi; English is a plus. Apna
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, CRM tools). Apna
• Ability to listen actively and interact with customers politely. Apna
• Target-driven attitude and ability to work under pressure. Apna
• Freshers are welcome; prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is an advantage. Apna
