Job Summary

We are Anuda Realty Private Limited looking for CRE’s  who is responsible for driving the sales strategies and leading the sales team to achieve revenue targets within the construction industry. This role involves managing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and developing strategic plans to enhance sales performance. Preferred for those ideal candidates should have in-depth knowledge of construction products and services, strong leadership skills, and a proven track record in sales management.

Qualifications/ Key Skills

- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).

- Minimum of 2- 5 years of experience in sales management within the construction or related industry (preferred)

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Good in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Knowledge of construction products, services, and industry regulations.
