Jaipuri Print is looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support & Sales Executive to handle customer queries, manage sales calls, and provide a smooth shopping experience to our customers. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and basic knowledge of online shopping processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming customer calls, WhatsApp queries, and messages.
• Assist customers in selecting products and completing their orders.
• Provide information about Jaipuri Print products, pricing, availability, and offers.
• Handle order-related issues such as exchange, return, delivery status, and payment support.
• Follow up on leads, abandoned carts, and pending orders to convert sales.
• Maintain customer records and update order details.
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations team for dispatch, tracking, and customer requests.
• Resolve customer complaints professionally and ensure high satisfaction.
• Share product images, videos, catalogues, and offers to customers when required.
• Support social media inquiries and comments if needed.

Required Skills:

• Excellent communication skills (Hindi & English).
• Strong customer handling and problem-solving ability.
• Confident in making sales calls and converting leads.
• Basic computer knowledge and experience with WhatsApp Business, Excel, and CRM tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
• Prior experience in eCommerce or customer support is preferred.

Qualifications:

• 12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream).
• 0–2 years of experience in customer support or telesales (freshers can also apply).
