Job Title: Calling Executive – Transport Operations (Female)

 Job Description :

We are looking for a proactive and confident Calling Executive for our transport operations team. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating with transport vendors, arranging vehicles for loads, and building a strong fleet network through regular calling and follow-ups.

 Key Responsibilities :

Calling transport vendors and fleet owners for vehicle placement as per load requirements.

Creating and maintaining a strong network of fleet owners and transport vendors.

Vendor creation and database management for trucks and transport partners.

Negotiating freight rates and ensuring vehicle availability on time.

Maintaining regular follow-ups with vendors and drivers.

Updating daily calling reports and vendor details.

Supporting operations team for smooth vehicle placement.

Requirements:

Good communication and calling skills.

Ability to build relationships with transport vendors.

Basic knowledge of transport and logistics operations.

Experience in transport or logistics industry will be preferred.
