Job Description
- Contact borrowers through calls, messages, or visits for repayment reminders.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely EMI collections.
- Maintain daily follow-up schedules and update recovery records.
- Educate borrowers about loan terms, EMI schedules, and late payment penalties.
- Handle customer queries related to outstanding payments or issues.
- Communicate politely yet firmly to ensure recovery while maintaining customer relationships.
- Escalate non-cooperative or high-risk cases to legal or senior recovery teams.
- Maintain records of calls, PTPs (Promise to Pay), collections, and customer feedback.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly recovery reports and update CRM systems.
- Achieve monthly recovery targets while maintaining the company’s reputation and goodwill.
