Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data
  • Explain company products/services clearly and confidently
  • Answer customer queries and provide accurate information
  • Follow up with interested customers and maintain call records
  • Update customer details and call status in the system
  • Achieve daily/weekly call and lead targets
  • Maintain professional and courteous communication at all times
  • Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream)
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and/or English
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
