assigning them to the appropriate departments like Tech, Product, Accounts, and

Operations.

● Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on pending issues and ensure quick

and effective resolution.

● Understand dealer challenges, identify repeated issues, and share insights to

help improve processes and overall workflow.
