Telecaller

Key Responsibilities

• Make and receive calls to handle a specific banking client base
• Provide clear, professional communication in good English (verbal & written)
• Enter and manage customer data in MS Excel and internal software
• Draft simple emails, prepare reports, Quotes, and maintain call logs
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client queries

Required Skills

• Good English communication skills (speaking & writing)
• Basic computer knowledge – MS Office (especially Excel), email, data entry
• Average typing speed with accuracy
• Ability to handle customer queries politely and efficiently
• Minimum educational qualification: Graduate/12th Pass with relevant experience

Experience

• Freshers or candidates with up to 1–2 years of telecalling or data-entry experience preferred
• Banking/financial client-handling experience is an advantage
