Telecaller

Key responsibilities: Follow-up with customers, collection calls, customer data updating, meeting targets.

Required skills: clear Hindi (and maybe English), telephone etiquette, basic computer/CRM knowledge, target-oriented mindset.

Salary & incentives: fixed + performance incentive .

Emphasis target-orientation and ability to handle objections (since collections involve calling indebted customers).

Required documentation (12th pass, ID proof) and maybe prefer candidates with prior tele-calling/collections experience.
