Telecaller

A telecaller is responsible for initiating or receiving phone calls to connect with customers, promoting products/services, generating leads, and resolving inquiries. They work in sales or customer support, aiming to meet daily, weekly, or monthly targets. Key skills include excellent verbal communication, persuasion, and CRM database management.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

• Outbound/Inbound Calling: Making calls to prospective/existing customers and handling incoming inquiries.
• Sales & Lead Generation: Explaining product features, benefits, and pricing to persuade customers to make purchases or schedule appointments.
• Customer Service: Addressing customer concerns, complaints, and providing solutions.
