Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain loan products.
- Handle inbound inquiries regarding personal loans, business loans, home loans, etc.
- Generate leads and convert them into successful loan applications.
- Maintain a database of customers and update call records.
- Follow up with interested customers regarding documentation and process.
- Coordinate with the sales and processing team for loan approvals.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
