Telecaller

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Explain company products and services clearly to customers.
• Generate new leads and follow up with interested customers.
• Resolve customer queries, objections, and basic complaints politely.
• Update customer data in CRM and maintain proper records.
• Achieve daily call targets and sales goals.
• Follow call scripts and company guidelines while calling.
• Provide daily performance reports and updates to the Team Leader/Seniors.

 Required Skills:

• Good communication skills (Hindi and/or English).
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
• Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
• Positive attitude and patience.
• Target-oriented mindset.
