Telecaller

We are seeking a motivated and persuasive Telecaller – Collections to manage overdue accounts through outbound and inbound calling. The role involves contacting customers across Rajasthan, reminding them of pending dues, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to customers with overdue payments
• Handle inbound calls related to payment queries and disputes
• Explain outstanding amounts, penalties, and due dates clearly
• Negotiate repayment plans and encourage timely payments
• Follow up regularly on promised payments (PTPs)
• Update call logs, customer responses, and payment commitments in the system
• Escalate critical or non-responsive cases to field collections or supervisors
• Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets

Key Requirements

• Education: Minimum Graduate (12th pass may be considered)
• Languages:Hindi (mandatory)
• English (preferred)
