Telecaller

Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to contact customers over the phone, provide information about products or services, and generate leads or resolve customer queries. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and a customer-friendly approach.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls or handle inbound calls as per process

Explain products/services clearly to customers

Generate leads, schedule appointments, or close sales (if applicable)

Maintain call records and update customer information

Follow call scripts and company guidelines

Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups politely

Achieve daily and monthly call targets

Coordinate with team leaders and supervisors

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 10+2 / Graduate (depending on role)

Freshers or experienced candidates can apply

Good communication skills in Hindi / English / regional language

Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM systems)

Confident, patient, and persuasive personality

Preferred Skills

Prior experience in BPO / call center / sales

Ability to handle pressure and meet targets

Good listening and negotiation skills
