Job SummaryWe are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Female Telecaller to join our dynamic team at Furrniture Market. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers who have expressed interest in our furniture advertisements. Your primary goal will be to engage with leads, provide product information, and close sales to drive business growth. • Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers who have shown interest in our furniture products through advertisements.
• Provide detailed information about our product range, promotions, and services to build customer interest.
• Handle customer inquiries, address concerns, and guide them through the purchasing process.
• Close sales over the phone and achieve monthly targets to qualify for incentives.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales outcomes in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on leads and ensure seamless customer experiences.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and company promotions.
• RequirementsMinimum education: 12th pass (Higher qualifications are a plus).
• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service, preferably in retail or furniture industry.
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English; ability to engage customers persuasively.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM tools.
• Strong interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and ability to handle objections effectively.
• Female candidates only (as per company requirements).
• Salary and BenefitsSalary: ₹13,000 - ₹18,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
