Job Description
- Roles & Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to prospective clients/customers.
- Explain company services clearly and professionally.
- Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries.
- Generate leads and schedule meetings for sales/operations team.
- Maintain call records and customer data in system.
- Follow up with clients as per given schedule.
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling targets.
- Maintain proper call etiquette and professional behavior.
- Skills Required:Good communication skills (Hindi mandatory, English basic).
- Convincing and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection positively.
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM is a plus).
