Job Description
- Make outgoing calls to customers for service and follow-up.
- Attend incoming customer calls and resolve queries properly.
- Explain company services/products to customers clearly.
- Generate leads and convert them into bookings/sales.
- Take customer complaints and coordinate with service/technical team.
- Maintain proper call records and update in system/Excel.
- Do follow-up calls for pending cases and feedback (CSAT).
- Maintain good customer relationship and professional communication.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and conversion targets.
