Job Description
We are seeking confident, energetic, and student-friendly Telecallers who can engage with students and parents, explain our services, schedule counselling sessions, and support our sales & admissions team.
- Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to students and parents from provided leads.
- Explain Edu Dreamers’ services, courses, and counselling process in a clear and friendly manner.
- Identify student needs and guide them toward suitable career options.
- Schedule counselling sessions with our expert team.
- Maintain daily call logs, lead status, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Convert inquiries into admissions/registrations when required.
- Handle inbound queries politely and professionally.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and conversions.
- Maintain strong product knowledge of courses, colleges, and career options.
