Telecaller

We are looking for a confident and result-oriented Telecaller (Sales) to generate leads, connect with potential clients, and promote our IT services.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential clients in the banking, finance, and fintech sectors
• Explain company services such as websites, software solutions, CRM, ERP, and custom IT projects
• Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
• Follow up with interested prospects and schedule meetings/demos
• Maintain call records and update CRM regularly
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and lead targets
• Handle customer queries professionally and build trust
• Required Skills & QualificationsExcellent communication skills in English & Hindi (regional language is a plus)
• Basic knowledge of IT services, websites, or software sales preferred
• Ability to convince and close potential customers
• Good listening and negotiation skills
• Basic computer knowledge (CRM, Excel, email)
• Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome
• Preferred CandidateExperience in telecalling, IT sales, B2B sales, or fintech sales
• Understanding of banking or financial services industry is an advantage
