Job Description:We are looking for a Telecaller to handle outbound and inbound calls, communicate with customers, and support sales and service activities.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to customers and respond to inbound calls
• Explain products or services clearly to customers
• Follow up with potential and existing customers
• Maintain call records and update customer details
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets
• Handle customer queries and provide basic information
• Coordinate with the team for lead conversion
• Required Skills & Qualifications:Good communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Ability to speak confidently on calls
• Customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work under targets
