🔹 Job Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls, handling inquiries, promoting our products/services, and converting leads into customers. You must be confident, target-driven, and have excellent communication skills.

• 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
• Clearly explain product/service features, pricing, and benefits to customers.
• Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
• Maintain records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Provide feedback on call quality, customer concerns, and lead response.
• 🔹 Requirements: Minimum 12th pass
• Prior experience in telesales or customer service will be an advantage.
• Strong communication skills in Hindi; basic English understanding preferred.
• Confident, persuasive, and result-oriented attitude.
• Basic computer knowledge.
