Telecaller

About the RoleWe are looking for an enthusiastic Telecaller to make outgoing calls, generate leads, follow up with customers, and support the sales/operations team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to engage customers over the phone.

• Key ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
• Explain products/services and answer customer questions.
• Generate leads, qualify prospects, and schedule appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain customer database and update CRM with call details.
• Follow up on leads and maintain regular contact with interested customers.
• Handle customer queries and resolve basic issues.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly calling and conversion targets.
