Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting loan products through our tie-ups with multiple banks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided data.
- Explain various loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, etc.) offered through multiple bank partnerships.
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable loan options.
- Generate leads and maintain a database of interested clients.
- Follow up with customers to close loan applications.
- Coordinate with internal teams and banks for smooth processing.
- Maintain daily call reports and achieve assigned targets.
