Telecaller

Job Description:We are looking for an experienced and professional Telecaller for our Real Estate team. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling customer calls, explaining property details, and coordinating with senior sales members. The candidate must have good communication skills and the ability to understand customer needs and queries.

• Key Responsibilities:Make outbound calls to potential customers and share details of available properties.
• Handle inbound customer calls and provide accurate information about property options.
• Understand customer queries and requirements and communicate them clearly to senior team members.
• Follow up with customers to generate site visits and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Maintain call records and update daily reports.
• Resolve basic customer issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
• Requirements:Experience: 6 months to 2 years in Telecalling / Real Estate sales (preferred).
• Communication: Good Hindi communication; basic English is a plus.
• Ability to convince customers and maintain professionalism on calls.
• Basic knowledge of Real Estate will be an added advantage.
• Should be comfortable in working with targets and reporting.
