Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers and handle inbound inquiries related to real estate projects.
• Explain project details such as location, configuration, amenities, and site visit process.
• Generate and qualify leads and maintain proper follow-up with interested customers.
• Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and follow-up status in CRM or registers.
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally.
• Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead targets.
• Provide feedback to the management regarding customer responses and market trends.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate preferred.
• Good communication skills in Hindi; basic English is an advantage.
• Prior experience in telecalling or real estate sales will be preferred.
• Ability to convince and engage customers over the phone.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, or calling software is a plus.
• Honest, disciplined, and target-oriented approach.
