Telecaller

Responsibility:

• Make outbound call to prospective customers
• Explain product details, features and benefits clearly to customers
• Generate leads through tele-sales and pass it to correct field sales team
• Regular Follow-up on leads with customer and sales team to maximize the conversion opportunities
• Discuss complex cases/queries with team leader and provide closure to customers/sales team
• Maintain customer interaction logs and update required documents/details in CRM/database
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets

Required Skills

• Graduate/undergraduate in any stream
• 0-2 years of experience in telesales, telemarketing and customer service (freshers can also apply)
• Ability to make average 60-80 calls on daily basis
• Ability to handle rejections
• Target driven and self-motivated
• Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/tele-calling tools preferred
