Job Description
- Make outbound call to prospective customers
- Explain product details, features and benefits clearly to customers
- Generate leads through tele-sales and pass it to correct field sales team
- Regular Follow-up on leads with customer and sales team to maximize the conversion opportunities
- Discuss complex cases/queries with team leader and provide closure to customers/sales team
- Maintain customer interaction logs and update required documents/details in CRM/database
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly call and sales targets
