Position: Telecaller / Customer Support Executive
Location: Jaipur
Job Description:
Jaipur Aircon में Telecaller की आवश्यकता है। Candidate को ग्राहकों से फोन पर बात करके AC service, installation और enquiry handle करनी होगी।
Responsibilities:
- Customers को call करके AC service और installation के बारे में जानकारी देना
- Incoming calls और enquiries handle करना
- Customers की requirement समझकर सही service suggest करना
- Daily call records maintain करना
Requirements:
- Good communication skills (Hindi / Basic English)
- Basic computer knowledge
- Telecalling या customer dealing का experience हो तो बेहतर
- Female candidates preferred (optional – अगर आप रखना चाहें)
Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹18,000 (Experience के अनुसार)
Working Time: 9 AM – 6 PM
