• 🧩 Job ResponsibilitiesCall incoming leads and existing customer database
• Explain CCTV cameras, security systems, installation services & offers
• Generate site visit / office visit / demo appointments
• Follow up with interested customers via calls & WhatsApp
• Maintain call records and lead status in Excel / CRM
• Handle customer queries politely and professionally
• Achieve daily calling and monthly sales targets
• 🎯 Skills RequiredGood Hindi communication (Basic English a plus)
• Confident, convincing, and customer-friendly tone
• Ability to explain products simply
• Basic knowledge of mobile, WhatsApp, Excel
• Sales mindset & follow-up discipline
• ✅ EligibilityMinimum Graduation
• Fresher welcome (training provided)
• Experience in telecalling / sales / CCTV / electronics is an advantage
• 💰 Salary & BenefitsFixed Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹17,000 (depends on experience)
