Telecaller

We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Telecallers for both sales and debt recovery processes. The candidate will be responsible for calling customers, explaining loan/financial products, generating leads/sales, and following up with overdue customers for timely repayment in a professional and compliant manner.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Make outbound calls to potential customers to explain loan/financial products, generate leads, and convert them into sales.
• Handle inbound queries from customers regarding products, offers, and application status.
• Call customers with overdue EMIs/payments, remind them about their dues, and motivate them to pay on time.
• Negotiate and explain repayment options/settlement plans as per company policy and the customer’s financial situation.
• Maintain accurate records of all calls, promises to pay, payment status, and customer interactions in the CRM/system.
• Follow up regularly on pending payments and ensure achievement of daily/weekly/monthly sales and collection targets.
• Handle customer objections and complaints calmly and provide correct information with a customer-first attitude.
• Escalate critical or non-cooperative cases to senior/team leader or field team as per process.
• Ensure all calls and collection activities are done as per RBI / company guidelines and without harassment.

Requirements:-

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (any stream).
• Experience:
• Fresher or 0–2 years in telecalling / telesales / recovery / collections / customer service.
• Good verbal communication in Hindi and basic English; regional language(Specially- Kannada and Telugu) will be an added advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to work on CRM / calling software.
• Strong persuasion, negotiation, and active listening skills.
• Comfortable with high call volume and working under target-based environment.
• Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle tough conversations professionally.
