Telecaller

Handle inbound calls and address customer queries professionally.

Explain product details such as fabric types, pricing, and quality specifications.

Maintain and update customer databases and call records in Excel / CRM.

Generate leads and follow up for orders, quotations, and payments.

Coordinate with sales, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery.

Prepare and share daily / weekly call and lead reports with management.

Maintain good relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Achieve monthly targets for calls, leads, and conversions.
