Telecaller

We are Gyanama — an AI-first school management app that helps schools automate attendance, fee collection, and parent communication.

We are looking for 2 motivated cold callers to join us on a full-time basis from Jaipur.

What you will do:

• Call 50–80 schools per day and speak with principals or admin heads
• Introduce Gyanama and book 20-minute demo appointments
• Follow up on emails already sent to schools
• Maintain a daily call log with outcomes and follow-up dates

What we are looking for:

• Confident phone communication in Hindi — English is a plus
• Ability to handle objections calmly and professionally
• Someone who is target-driven and motivated by incentives
• Prior telecalling or outbound calling experience preferred — freshers with good communication welcome

Salary & Incentives:

• Fixed: ₹8,000 – ₹12,000/month
• Incentive: ₹200–300 per confirmed demo booked
• Top performers can earn ₹20,000+ per month
